Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I do my best to make sure you are satisfied with your order. I do everything myself, which includes production, quality control, and shipping. I do allow refunds if you are not satisfied with your purchase, as long as you are contacting me within 7 days after the order has been delivered. Each request for refunds is considered on a case by case basis. You are responsible for shipping the item back to me and the refund cannot be issued until I receive the item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Custom orders are not refundable. I spend the time with a customer before a purchase is made, to be sure the order is exactly how they want it.
Payment
I accept Paypal and direct checkout (credit/debit).
****** DEPOSITS & RESERVATIONS ******
I WILL reserve an item in my shop for you, for a reasonable amount of time. For this type of reservation, I will split the listing into partial payment listings that we can both agree on. The first payment will be a NON-refundable deposit and should be made within the first week, or the reservation becomes void and the item will become available to other potential buyers.
Shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 2-7 business days after purchase.
Most of my items ship First class in a parcel with Delivery Confirmation through USPS. Expected delivery for First class is 2-5 days from the shipping date. If you would like to upgrade, please contact me.
****** INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO COVID-19 ******
I ship my items First Class International through USPS. Unfortunately, tracking only works until the package reaches the U.S. borders (Except for packages sent to Canada). Items shipped internationally will be insured.
Customs charges & other similar fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. This can cause a delay in shipping if your country's customs decides to hold the item.

This is how a custom order works from me:
1. I take the time to discuss with customers what they are looking for and give options for them to choose from.
2. The customer makes the final decision on the design, and I give a processing time and price.
3. 100% Payment must be made before the order begins processing.
4. I order the supplies needed, create your order, and send it your way!
Due to the nature of custom orders, they can not be refunded. The reason for this is that it would be money from my own pocket lost from the supplies that were already specifically ordered for the custom order, if I were to refund.
